• Court of Dagestan finds officer Agaev non-guilty of forming armed grouping

  Today, the Supreme Court of Dagestan has acquitted Mukhtar Agaev, an officer of the Dagestan Department of the Russian Federal Service for Drug Trafficking Control (RFSDTC), accused of organising an illegal armed formation (IAF) and attempt on Deputy of the National Assembly of Dagestan Shamol Isaev, on all indictment points.
