Ingush activist Mussa Pliev detained

Today, law enforcers have detained Mussa Pliev, a participant of the rally in Magas; his exact whereabouts is unknown, the lawyer, Kaloi Akhilgov, has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 27, the protesters extended, without the authorities' sanction, their protest action, and stayed in the square in Magas over the night. On the following day, there were clashes of protesters with law enforcers. According to the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), ten policemen were injured in the clashes.

Mussa Pliev, a participant of the March 26 rally, has been detained on suspicion of organizing mass riots, the lawyer, Kaloi Akhilgov, has informed. "It's not known for sure where he is now," said Akhilgov, suggesting that Mussa was taken to Magas.

He has added that should a criminal case be opened against Pliev, not an administrative one, then, he would most likely be taken to Nalchik, the "MBKh Media" reports today.

After the detention, Pliev was taken to Nalchik; a search was conducted at his home, according to the "Fortanga" website. Earlier, Pliev was already fined for participating in the rally on March 26, the website has added.
