CTO legal regime introduced in mountains of Dagestan

This morning, law enforcers have started a special operation in the village of Andi of the Botlikh District of Dagestan, reports the operational headquarters for Dagestan. The counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime was introduced at 5:00 a.m. Moscow time.

"The activities to search for militants are underway," reports an official of the Dagestani headquarters as quoted by the "Chernovik" (Draft).

A special legal regime is in force within the administrative boundaries of the village of Andi, the RIA "Dagestan" reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that recently, the introduction of the CTO legal regime in Dagestan was reported on March 11. Then, law enforcers started to search for militants and their accomplices in two areas at once: the Botlikh and Khunzakh Districts.
