• Azerbaijan adopts amnesty act, local human rights defenders disappointed that political prisoners not covered by amnesty

  Today, the National Assembly of Azerbaijan has adopted the act of amnesty, which is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the late President Geidar Aliev.
