Relatives of Issa Arsaev killed in Ingushetia assert that he was not a terrorist

Relatives of Issa Arsaev, who was killed on May 8 in Kantyshevo village, Nazran District, have stated to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the casualty was not a terrorist and did not prepare any terror acts.

"He wasn't a terrorist and militant; should he have ever dealt with what he is accused of, we'd have known about it," said Boris Arsaev, victim's uncle.

We remind you that the "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that according to the spokesman of the headquarters of the temporary army grouping, according to preliminary data, on May 8, in Kantyshevo village of Ingushetia, a member of illegal armed formations was killed.

Meanwhile, the neighbours who saw the incident from their windows have informed that at about 8:30 a.m. Issa Arsaev, born in 1985, was shot dead some 200-300 meters away from his house in Kantyshevo, when he was going to work.

When Issa Arsaev, while on his way to a bus stop, was passed by a group of power agents, they opened fire on him without any warning. The neighbours assert that Issa Arsaev had rendered no resistance and had no arms on him.
