Mother of Mutsolgov who was killed in Ingushetia: power agents pre-planned her son's execution

The aim of the power agents of Ingushetia who shot dead Rustam Mutsolgov on March 12 in Troitskaya village was to liquidate and not to capture the young man. Eset Mutsolgova, the casualty's mother, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent about it.

"Power agents were not going to catch my son; they wanted to kill him and kept shooting all the time. The neighbours saw all this and told me," Ms Mutsolgova said.

The mother of the perished young man told the details of the incident by referring to the evidences of the eyewitnesses.

She said that after Rustam was shot dead, his body "was arrogantly thrown atop of the hill."

"Then, the power agents came up to the body, lifted up his T-shirt, exposing his torso, and got convinced that he had no explosion belt on him. Then they put a sub-machine gun and some ammunition near the body. A 'Gazel' car drove up, a power agent took a black pack out of it, brought up to the body and took something out of it and placed to the body. He pulled out something from this object as if pulling out a cord. All the power agents stepped away from the body, and then an explosion was heard," Eset Mutsolgova said.

She continued: "I think that my son ran out of the house to defend his sister Zarema and her children and to prevent the power agents from shelling the house and stop the pogrom. He was baited like a beast, and then they shot him in the back. And now they indict him of the crimes that he never committed."

Eset Mutsolgova has added that the employees of power agencies took away and never returned the things belonging to the Mutsolgov family. For example, the did not return the car model VAZ-112, two automobile wheels, a DVD-player with the pendant, an iron, a gilded pen, a souvenir stylet, a usb-cable to a phone, the passport of Ibragim Gardanov, Zarema's husband who was killed last year by power agents. The things that were found on the victim - his insurance policy, passport and identity card of his younger brother Yusup, a silver ring, and money in the sum of 70 US dollars - were not returned either.
