Court of North Ossetia nullifies protocol on Ella Kesaeva's administrative offence

The Pravoberezhny Court of North Ossetia has invalidated the protocol on administrative offence in relation to Ella Kesaeva, leader of the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan", accused of beating a judge and court marshals.

At the previous sitting held on March 28 the court failed to arrive to some particular decision.

Let us remind also that on March 23 the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent learnt from a well-informed source that one of militia officers had asked an independent linguist to hold an examination of the appeal of the "Voice of Beslan" that had caused discontent of the Prosecutor's Office and became a subject of a suit; the appeal was named "To All Who Sympathizes with the Victims of Beslan Terror Act". After a careful study, the linguist made a conclusion that the appeal of the organizations has no attributes of extremism.
