Supreme Court of North Ossetia rejects the supervisory complaint of the "Voice of Beslan"

On February 4, the Supreme Court of North Ossetia rejected the supervisory complaint of the public organization "Voice of Beslan", in which the relatives of the casualties of the Beslan terror act had asked to consider the materials of the Leninskiy Court about re-registration of the organization and to cancel the decision of this court.

"The letter runs that there are no reasons satisfying the supervisory complaint, therefore, the court has passed this decision. We had sent the petition and asked not to consider the complaint without our participation. We waited that they would summon us, but in vain," Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the "Voice of Beslan" Committee, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Today, the organization has received a letter with the decision of the court on registration of the "Voice of Beslan" in new membership.

The "Voice of Beslan" finds the decision of the Leninskiy Court of North Ossetia that has obliged to re-register the organization to be illegal, and the process itself as customized.
