Ella Kesaeva: Supreme Court of North Ossetia deceives "Voice of Beslan"

From today's morning, Ella Kesaeva and other members of the "Voice of Beslan" Committee are standing at the building of the Supreme Court of North Ossetia - they are not let inside, and the supervisory complaint, where they demand to consider the materials of the case of the Leninskiy District Court about re-registration of their organization, has been accepted by nobody so far. The members of the Committee were told that the Court has a day-off.

"We were forced out of the Court by deceit, and nobody has accepted our complaint today. We could have sent it by mail, but they promised yesterday that they would accept it and consider in the emergency order. And now they are passing by and have no pity to our standing out here in the cold," Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the Committee, has told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Ms Kesaeva has added that if the court does not cancel their decision, the members of the organization will hold a protest action. She said that so far the "Voice of Beslan" has not received the cassation ruling of the Supreme Court on re-registration of the Committee. Under the law, it should have been issued within three days.

We remind you that on December 19, four women-members of the "Voice of Beslan" Committee announced a hunger strike in protest against the decision of the Judicial Board of the Supreme Court of North Ossetia to liquidate the Committee in its former membership.
