SMO participant from Vladikavkaz complains about violation of his family's housing rights
Gennady Pagiev, a resident of the city of Vladikavkaz, has recorded a video appeal from the special military operation (SMO) zone in Ukraine addressed to Sergey Menyailo, the head of North Ossetia, in which he complained that the bank was unreasonably taking away the housing from his wife and children. He asked for Mr Menyailo's help in protecting his family's housing rights.
Pagiev's complaint was posted in the Instagram* public named chp_vladikavkaz1. According to his version, he was deceived by the bank.
Most of the commentators have supported Pagiev.
"I know this family; they're a very good family. They were deceived with a mortgage several years ago; and now they are evicted … They've been suing the bank for several years; and it is not clear who and how had sold this apartment inhabited by underage children and a disabled person who are registered therein," the user tmenovafatima has written.
*On March 21, 2022, the Tverskoi Court of Moscow banned the activities in Russia of the Meta Company, owning the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, in connection with extremist activities.
