Court in Uryupinsk refuses to consider case on discrediting Russian Army
The court has returned the case of Andrei Farafonov about discrediting Russian militaries back to the police.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that administrative responsibility for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces was introduced on March 4, 2022. The maximum penalty under this article for citizens is a fine of 50,000 roubles, but its repeated violation within a year implies criminal prosecution.
Because of some procedural violations, the Uryupinsk City Court has returned Andrei Farafonov's administrative case back to the police, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project reports.
