Investigators get interested in violation of housing rights of woman from Adygea

A mother of a large family from the Takhtamukai District of the Republic of Adygea has complained to the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) that authorities would not improve her living conditions. Alexander Bastrykin, the head of the ICRF, has ordered to initiate a criminal case on the violation of the woman's housing rights.

She has claimed that with her four children they have to live in unfit conditions in the housing that belongs to the district administration. She had earlier filed similar complaints with investigators. After the previous appeal, the problems with heating and balcony glazing were resolved, the ICRF reported.

"Despite the fact that the mother of many children is on the waiting list for improving her housing conditions, she is still not provided with comfortable living premises; and local officials refuse to document her permanent registration in the existing apartment and the right to own it," the ICRF has stated in its page in the "VKontakte" social networks.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on October 4, 2017, authorities of Adygea reported about the resettlement of all the residents from dilapidated houses.
