Over the past 24 hours, 38 refugees return to Stepanakert
Other 38 refugees arrived in Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia escorted by peacemakers, making the total number of returnees by the evening of February 3 equal to 52,096 people, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that by the evening of February 2, the total number of residents who returned to Nagorno-Karabakh, accompanied by peacemakers, exceeded 52,000 people, 111 of them returned to the region during the past 24 hours.
During the last 24 hours, 38 refugees returned from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian MoD reported on its website on February 3. In total, since November 14, 2020, 52,096 residents have returned to the region after leaving Nagorno-Karabakh last autumn due to hostilities, the MoD has added.
