Social network users condemn another fighter for Ramzan Kadyrov's honour

An elderly resident of Chechnya publicly volunteered to accept the challenge instead of Ramzan Kadyrov, whom a resident of Makhachkala called for a duel. Users of social network criticized another fighter for the honour of the leader of Chechnya.

On August 21, in his video appeal to Ramzan Kadyrov, Gadjimurad Isabekov, a resident of Makhachkala, challenged the Chechen leader to a duel because of his statement about Imam Shamil. Ramzan Kadyrov did not answer the challenge, but at least three Chechen residents volunteered to accept the challenge instead of the leader of Chechnya. Human rights defenders interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" called those duel challenges a farce. On August 27, Djambulat Umarov, Minister for National Policy of Chechnya, threatened that "brave men" who would offend Ramzan Kadyrov would face a risk of "crawling at his feet." On August 30, a video of Gadjimurad Isabekov was posted on the Internet, in which the man apologized to Ramzan Kadyrov after a conversation with Adam Delimkhanov.

The statement of Ramzan Kadyrov, who accused Imam Shamil of repressions against Chechens, provoked protests of residents of Dagestan and theologians.

A resident of Chechnya with a gray beard became another fighter for the Ramzan Kadyrov's honour and stated that he was ready to accept the challenge of the Makhachkala resident. Instagram users condemned the author of the video.

"It's a shame. The adult man with gray hair gives such a bad example to young people. That's terrible," notes alipkhan ._._. zarema.

Many social network users have called on people to stop exchanging provocative appeals.
