Abduction in Ingush village

Adam Alabogachiyev, a 21-year-old resident of the Ali-Yurt village, Ingushetia's Nazran district, was abducted by unknown people on 12 July.

The man's relatives say several gunmen in masks and camouflage uniforms broke into the Alabogachievs' house late at night, captured the young man without giving any explanations, forced him into the car that they had come in, and took him away in an unknown direction. The further destiny of the abducted man is not known so far.

Police find it difficult to say what the reason for the abduction could be, a source in Ingush law enforcement agencies told the Caucasian Knot correspondent.
