"Rosbalt": Kadyrov's fighters assault houses of Yamadaev family

400 fighters of a unit controlled by Ramzan Kadyrov assault the Yamadaev family's house in Gudermes, the "Rosbalt" reports.

The information about the armed Kadyrov's fighters assaulting the houses belonging to the Yamadaev family members was reported at 5:13 p.m. Moscow time.

The above was reported by a source familiar with the situation, the "Rosbalt" reports.

According to its source, this afternoon, 400 armed people in masks from a unit controlled by Ramzan Kadyrov arrived in Gudermes.

"The armed fighters break into houses, turn everything upside down and detain people. They do not explain the reasons for what is happening. It is possible we will hear soon that a coup d'etat or something like that was supposed to be prepared," the "Rosbalt" quotes an anonymous source as reporting.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Yamadaev family is a Chechen clan, no less well-known than the Kadyrov family. Sulim Yamadaev, a former commander of the "Vostok" battalion, was killed in 2009, and Ruslan (Khalid) Yamadaev, a former State Duma MP, was killed in Moscow in 2008. Earlier, Isa and Badrudi Yamadaev had expressed their confidence that those crimes were supported by the authorities of Chechnya. Ramzan Kadyrov categorically denied his involvement in those crimes.
