Chechen Prosecutor's Office finds believers' insults in six websites

The Prosecutor's Office of Chechnya has revealed six Internet resources with materials treated as insults to believers' feelings. Lawsuits have been lodged to the court of Grozny demanding to restrict access to these websites.

According to the Office, after the court judgement, the respective Internet providers "will be obliged to restrict access to harmful resources."

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that in December the Grozny court satisfied the lawsuit of the Prosecutor's Office to restrict access to two websites, where materials were posted on how to affect the readings of electricity meters. Besides, in late November, the Office demanded to close the websites that covered the activities of the "Islamic State", a terrorist organization banned in Russia.
