On November 20-26, two persons fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus
During the week from November 20 to November 26, 2017, at least two people suffered in the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.
Attacks on law enforcers
On November 26, at the railway station in Kizilyurt, an attacker wounded a policeman with a knife. In response, another policeman first shot into the air, and then into the attacker, and wounded him. The attacker was identified as Zalim Umaev, born in 1988, a resident of the village of Chontaul of the Kizilyurt District. Earlier, ammunition was found in his house.
