HRC "Memorial": remains of Sharip Zaipullaev identified
The remains found in Dagestan in July 2017 belong to the kidnapped Sharip Zaipullaev, the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" has reported with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in July relatives of Sharip Zaipullaev, a resident of the Vladimir Region, who had been kidnapped and then found in the blown up car, gave their repeated DNA tests.
On July 7, the 37-year-old Sharip Zaipullaev, a resident of the city of Kovrov, came to Dagestan to visit his relatives and disappeared. His relatives reported with reference to eyewitnesses that he was taken away by some masked men. Then, Zaipullaev's close relatives said that his remains were found in a car, blown up by the Manas-Sergokala highway. However, law enforcers then claimed that the remains had not been officially identified.
