Chechen security forces to restrain their ardour

At a meeting of chiefs of law enforcement agencies of Chechnya and Dagestan, the ministers of internal affairs of the two republics, Ruslan Alkhanov and Adilgerei Magomedtagirov, arranged for prior notices about all operations in border areas, Regnum news agency says. The need for the arrangement was caused by a recent scandal that burst out after reckless actions on the part of Chechnya's presidential security service under First Deputy Prime Minister Ramzan Kadyrov's command in Dagestan.
