Children's rights checked in Dagestan

Inspections in Dagestan have revealed over 150 various violations related to children's rights, says Commissioner Mamutayeva of the State Council of Dagestan. The largest number of violations was registered in Makhachkala, Kizilyurt, Izberbash, and Derbent. "Based on the inspections, we had to dismiss the manager of the Derbent Orphan's Home for gross violations," Ms Mamutayeva observes. The most common violations are linked with housing rights, alimony, inheritance, and identity cards.
