Today, according to Imam Isa Tsechoev, agents of the FSB Department for Ingushetia has searched his house and yard located in the Ingush village of Ali-Yurt.

"They came from the FSB Department and searched the house and yard for the presence of weapons and militants. Law enforcers focused searchlights and machine guns on my house. They searched the house, but found nothing. They were not rude. They presented a search warrant signed by a prosecutor. I was asked to unbutton my jacket, raise my hands and turn around. They made sure that members of my family were not armed. The search warrant mentions no information concerning the criminal case under which the search was carried out," said Isa Tsechoev.

The search lasted from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Moscow time, and witnesses were staff members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA). This was also reported by Isa Tsechoev. He has also noted that the law enforcers "did not seize anything" from the house.

"Today, they wanted to take me and members of my family away with them for a conversation. However, we refused and asked to summon us, and then we would come to them. During the search, they were very correct, and after the search, the law enforcers brought their apologizes," said Isa Tsechoev. He has also added that "the number of the law enforcers reached about 15 people."
