By the decision of a Nazran court, Ingushetia, Japanese journalists Kosuke Tsuneoka will be deported from Russia for a number of offences, a source in the court told a Caucasian Knot correspondent. According to the source, the court declared the journalist to be guilty of violating the regime of foreign citizens' stay on the territory of the Russian Federation. The fact that he engaged in journalistic activity on the territory of Ingushetia without obtaining appropriate accreditation is also imputed to him.

Ingush law enforcement agencies detained the citizen of Japan, Kosuke Tsuneoka, on November 19. Police officers claim that the ground for his detention was that the foreigner had no residence registration card on him.
