Maskhadov plans to give up, says Ramzan Kadyrov

Ramzan Kadyrov has announced that Chechen separatist leader Aslan Maskhadov has plans of giving himself up to the federal authorities, reported the Caucasian Knot correspondent. However Kadyrov did not imparted concrete sources from which this information was obtained. "According to our data, Maskhadov is trying to find a contact with the federal center to give himself up," the first deputy prime minister said. At the same time he pointed out that "the work to search for Maskhadov is going on."
