The report on Armenia's commitments approved by the PACE Monitoring Committee on September 15 is expected to be discussed by the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) on October 4, during the PACE autumn session, head of the Armenian Delegation to the PACE, Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Tigran Torosian said. The only paragraph in the report which caused the Monitoring Committee's dissatisfaction concerns violations in the course of the 2003 elections, Mr Torosian added.
