12 suspects in attack on Ingushetia detained

Ingush law enforcement agencies have detained twelve people today. They all are suspected of taking part in the attacks on the number of establishments in Ingushetia on the night of June 21-22.

Three of the arrestees had forged certificates of officers of the Chechen president's security service on them, one man had forged certificate of Chechen Interior Ministry's special operations officer.

On June 24, the republican authorities were not able to give the exact number of people who fell victims to the terrorist attack. Reports differ considerably. 75 people were killed, according to one version, 95 were killed, according to another one. Approximately 120 people suffered.
