95 killed by rebels in Ingushetia

According to the latest data, 95 people were killed in the terrorist invasion of Ingushetia, a representative of the Ingush Emergencies Ministry told RIA Novosti by phone.

In his words, 18 civilians were killed in Nazran, 1 - in Karabulak, 2 - in the Sunzha district and 20 - in the Nazran district of the republic.

Among the victims are 51 policemen: 24 officers of the Ingush Interior Ministry, 12 of the Federal Security Service's department in Ingushetia, 2 of the Chechen Interior Ministry, 11 of the interior affairs department of Kursk Region (Central Russia) and two police officers from Samara Region (the Volga area), the source said.

Moreover, head of the Ingush postal service department Mukha Maisagov, and two officials of the Ingush Agriculture and Transport Ministries were killed, he added.
