Air bomb found in Taman
In the southern part of Taman, an area, where a bomb of World War II has been discovered, is cordoned off for clearance.
A model FAB-100 round was found at the south end of the Cossack village, and then the area was cordoned off.
According to the website of the Department for the Krasnodar Territory of the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE), a request for bomb neutralization was filed. The MfE does not specify how close to the residential area the territory with the discovered bomb is.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that another similar bomb was found in the waters of the Kerch Bay on May 19. In March, in the Temryuk District, which includes Taman, one more bomb of World War II was also defused.
