Refugees detained in Satsita camp

Abdul-Khakim Daudov, a refugee from Chechnya, was arbitrarily detained by local police officers on May 27 in the Satsita refugee camp, situated on the outskirts of the Ordzhonikidzevskaya village, Ingushetia's Sunzha district. Along with the first man, another Satsita inhabitant, Ramzan Dzhabrailov, was detained and accused of illegal retail food trade on the territory of the camp. Both the men are activists of the camp refugee council. Right after the detention of Daudov and Dzhabrailov, the police officers cut ropes of the tents in which the activists' families live. Both the detainees are held in the Sunzha district police department now.
