Hotline for victims of ethnic discrimination

A hotline for victims of all forms of ethnic discrimination is working at the Moscow Bureau on Human Rights. By means of it, qualified lawyers will give initial advice to the suffered. The hotline is functioning within the framework of the Public Campaign for Overcoming Xenophobia, Racial Discrimination, and Anti-Semitism in the Multination Russian Federation project, which is implemented by the Moscow Bureau on Human Rights, the Moscow Helsinki Group, and the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union (UCSJ) with the assistance of the European Union.
