Victims of repressions in Karabakh granted right to free medical care

The government of Nagorny Karabakh has passed a resolution on providing free medical care for certain sections of the population.

Among those sections are disabled people of all groups, participants in World War II, unwed mothers, members of families having many children, participants in the Chernobyl operation, people subjected to repressions, teenagers between the ages of 15 and 18, officers of security agencies, pensioners, and students.

Some of these people were put on the list for free medical care for the first time, upon the passing of corresponding laws.
