Kravets: my house in Sochi was pulled down without the presence of representatives of the Department for protection of rights of the underage

A house in Adler district of Sochi was pulled down without the presence of representatives of the Department of the affairs of family and childhood in spite of the fact that a child had lived there, owner of the pulled down house Alexey Kravets declared.

The house hindered “Mostovik” building company, executing bailiff of Adler district Ruslan Portnov explained.

According to Alexey Kravets, before the beginning of executive actions he appealed to the Department of the affairs of family and childhood where he was advised to enter a motion of participation of representatives of the Department in the executive actions to the bailiffs.

“I entered such a motion but the house was pulled down all the same before the very eyes of my child who had lived there all his conscious life and had nowhere to go. We became bums all of a sudden”, Alexey Kravets said to the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

Alexey Kravets and his son Maxim aged 14 are planning to spend the nights in the watch trailer near the pulled down house for a while. They know nothing of their future. According to Alexey Kravets, his son goes to school and has to do his homework “in the field”.

“My and my son’s belongings are lying in the dirt. The bailiff was obliged to accept them in a safekeeping deposit if we had nowhere to take them and make an inventory but nothing has been done as of today. I submitted complaints of the bailiff’s actions to him management and the police”, Kravets said.
