Deputies from Rostov CPRF report on attack on Communist Deputy of Legislative Assembly
Faction of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) in the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region appealed to the Governor, the Chairman of the Regional Parliament, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) and the FSB with a request to protect Viktor Bulgakov, First Secretary of the CPRF of Taganrog City Committee, a Deputy of the Legislative Assembly, against attacks. According to the appeal, the Deputy from the CPRF was attacked with a weapon, he received phone calls with threats, and a fake of an explosive device was plant to him. The Prosecutor's Office checks those facts. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent at the supervisory agency.
"Viktor Bulgakov is well-known to many residents of the Rostov Region due to his political activities aimed at protecting the vital interests of the voters of the city of Taganrog," states the appeal of the deputies from the Regional Branch of the CPRF.
It is also reported that "recently, Viktor Bulgakov together with the CPRF City Committee began to collect signatures in support of the adoption of the Law "On veterans" to determine the definition of "Children of War" and to establish measures of social support for that category of citizens. Some officials and political opponents do like active and effective work, conducted by the Deputy," the deputies from the CPRF write in their appeal.
