Relatives of a person involved in the case of blasting "Nevsky Express" report search in their house

This morning representatives of law enforcement bodies carried out search in the house of one of the persons involved in the criminal case of blasting "Nevsky Express" in Autumn of 2009 in the settlement of Ekazhevo, Nazran district of Ingushetia. The owners of the house consider the search unlawful because their exact data was not specified in the order.

According to Mukharbek Karatoev, law enforcement officers explained the reason for search in his house by investigation of a case of auto theft.

"The order on the search runs that some young man stole a car and this was allegedly our younger brother", Mukharbek Karatoev said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

He said that it was pointed out in the order that the young man who stole a car was born in 1987 "while our younger brother Adam Karatoev was born in 1995. However, a wrong name of the street was mentioned in the order, besides, there was no number of the house there", Mukharbek Karatoev said adding that the statement of auto theft was submitted by a certain Muhtar Khuseunovich Buzurtanov.

Officials of Press Service of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ingushetia told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that they knew nothing of the search actions in the Karatoev's house in Ekazhevo.
