In Moscow, trial in case on terror act at "Domodedovo" Airport to be held in open mode

Today, the Moscow Regional Court agreed to continue consideration of the case on the terror act at the Moscow "Domodedovo" Airport on January 24, 2011, in open mode. This was reported by the Press Secretary of the Court.

"The Court has decided to continue the consideration of the case in open mode," the Press Secretary of the Court reported.

According to the press service of the Moscow Regional Court, only those court sessions, which are to consider the materials, classified as "confidential", or under other reasons, will be held behind closed doors, the "Echo of Moscow" reports.

"The today's court session questioned 3 out of more than 200 victims in the case. The number of victims includes not only citizens of Russia, but also citizens of Austria, Germany, the UK, the USA, and other countries," the Press Secretary of the Court has emphasized.

The next court session is scheduled for October 4, for 11:00 a.m., the "RAPSI" (Russian Agency of Legal and Judicial Information) reports.
