In Sochi, eviction of Shablo family postponed indefinitely

In Sochi, eviction of the Shablo family, scheduled for September 29, was postponed for indefinite period. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Sergey Kharlanov, Deputy Chief of the Inter-District Division of the Sochi Bailiff Service.

Susanna Kaifedjyan, Deputy Chief of the Department for Family and Children Affairs, reported that the Department received no notification from the Bailiff Service about the eviction of the Shablo family to be held on September 29, and, therefore, representatives of the Department do not intend to come to the eviction on September 29.

"Without specialists present, the eviction of the family is unlawful," Susanna Kaifedjyan has emphasized.

Let us remind you that the bailiffs planned to evict the Shablo family yet on September 24. According to Maxim Shablo, the head of the Shablo family, the eviction was initiated by Natalia Serdyukova, a well- known Sochi activist.

"I do not understand what is going on. Once, they intend to evict us, then, they do not intend to evict us. I am mostly concerned about our son. At the beginning of the school year, the boy is going through stress, which was initiated by his own grandmother, a social activist, who hoped to get his portion of the apartment," said Elena Shablo, the mother of minor Konstantin.

Maxim and Elena Shablo believe that the publicity of their story in the media "has chastened the intention of the social activist to acquire the child portion in the apartment", since, in accordance with the law, the administration should give non-privatized room, vacated by the court decision, to the people in need of better housing conditions, and Natalia Serdyukova is not among such a persons.

Earlier, Natalia Serdyukova herself told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that she intended to privatize the entire apartment on her name.
