In Sochi, court marshals start eviction of Mzokov family from house, where Olympic facility to be built

Yesterday, on September 18, in Sochi, court marshals began the eviction of Mzokov family from their house No. 17 in Jan Fabricius Street because of the plans for construction of an Olympic facility.

Let us remind you that on August 22, court marshal Sergey Kharlanov handed in the residents of the house the decision on initiation of enforcement proceedings, under which the tenants of the house were demanded to release the house and the land plot within one day. This is demanded by the court decision on withdrawal the land plot to the needs of the Olympic construction.

Starting from August 22 till September 17, almost every day, the court marshals visited the Mzokov family and demanded that they should move out of the house. On September 14, Natalia Mzokova, the owner of the house, was hospitalized to the psychoneurological clinic with an acute reaction to stress.

"On September 18, at 10:00 a.m., our house was cordoned off by power agents, about 30 armed persons in black clothes, and they began to break into our house. They tore the door at the gate. They threw me and then my father into the street," the "Caucasian Knot" was told by Evgeny Mzokov, the son of Natalia Mzokova.

According to Svetlana Mzokova, the daughter of Natalia Mzokova, the power agents sawed the entrance door to the house and did not let her go to the children, and an ambulance was called for her father and an 11-year-old Vika, who felt ill.

The court marshal Sergey Kharlanov has reported that the house of the Mzokov family, consisting of 12 persons, including 4 children, was recognized an unauthorized construction and that the land plot under it is being withdrawn to construct the Olympic facility of regional significance "Road in Fabricius Street at interval from Kurortny Avenue to Transportnaya Street". The Department of the Krasnodar Territory on implementation of power in preparation for the 2014 Olympic Winter Games is a claimant.

"The court decision on withdrawal shall take effect immediately. We have postponed enforcement proceedings for about a month," Sergey Kharlanov said in his interview to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

He has stressed that the enforcement proceedings to evict the Mzokov family will be continued today. "The house will be broken. Taking into account the fact that there is no place to evict the family to, they were provided a temporary accommodation of five rooms in the resort guesthouse 'Neptun' in Adler, where their stuff is being removed," the court marshal has noted.

Earlier, Natalia Mzokova presented to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent the certificate of property right to the land plot and the house. She explained that she heard of the withdrawal of the house for the first time in April 2012, and she was very surprised to that fact, since, according to her estimation, the house does not hamper the road. Besides, her family members refuse to move out of their house and state that provided rooms are in poor condition and it is unclear to what rights they are being granted.
