A resident of Kaspiysk, Dagestan, reported his son's disappearance

Department of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Russia in the town of Kaspiysk, Dagestan, received a statement from a local resident. He reported that his son's location had been unknown since September, 11.

Alismat Naftilah-Ogly Mehtiev aged 51 stated that at 20:00, September, 11, his twenty-nine-years-old son Samir Alismatovich Mehtiev left home and did not come back.
