Orphaned girl disappears in Rostov Region

The regional police are searching a 13-year-old orphaned girl, who disappeared on September 15.

As reported by the press service of the Chief Department for the Rostov Region of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the seven-form pupil left the local hospital in the city of Zverevo and never came back.

Policemen believe that a possible reason for disappearance was in the girl's unwillingness to live in the orphanage, says the website of the above Chief Department.

According to a source from the regional police, the girl has no father; and the mother is in the penal colony, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
