In Rostov-on-Don, opposition rally involved over 100 persons

In Rostov-on-Don, the opposition rally at Theatre Square gathered more than 100 persons. Half of them were representatives of opposition movements and parties, the others young people with posters reading: "We are against revolution" and "We are for reforms and stability".

Let us remind you that on September 5, Rostov-on-Don hosts a car rally and common civil rally "Bely Potok" (White Stream). The opposition put forward the slogans reading: "Free people mean great country", "People are free country is free!".

Young people, looking like students, who came to the rally, shouted slogans against the revolution, proposed by the opposition and stand on the square for several minutes, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports. After that, having refused to comment to the media representatives, they have laid down their posters and left the place.

About 70 participants of the car rally "Bely Potok" remained in the square. They deliver their speeches from the podium, offer their programme and encourage debates.

The scene is being observed by representatives of the local authorities, who are aside from the square.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the first action "Bely Potok" was launched on August 10 in Moscow. On August 20, the participants of the car rally finished in Astrakhan. On August 27, All-Russian car rally on the route "Siberia-Moscow" started from Krasnoyarsk. By September 15, it is to reach the Russian capital, where the "March of Millions" is scheduled to be held.
