Husband of Elena Spasskaya files one more complaint to Vladimir Putin's office in Sochi

Arthur Dashyan, the husband of Elena Spasskaya, Director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise (MUE) "Directorate of Shopping Mall Service", who was convicted for fraud, again filed to the office of Russian President Vladimir Putin an appeal with a complaint against the actions of investigators, prosecutors and judges of Sochi and the Krasnodar Territory.

At the reception office, Arthur Dashyan has stated that the responses to his first appeal to the office of the Russian President on work with appeals of citizens and organizations and the documents were sent to the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), which, in its turn, redirected the appeal to the ICRF in the Krasnodar Territory, and the regional ICRF resent the appeal to the Prosecutor's Office in the Krasnodar Territory, to where he and the lawyers "had appealed themselves several times."

Arthur Dashyan has also told a staff member of the office the lawyers believe that there were serious violations in the criminal case against Spasskaya and Batrakov and in judicial consideration of the case. According to Arthur Dashyan, Alexander Kozyrenko, who accepted his written appeal to the Russian President, said that such an appeal would be an act of pressure on the investigators and court.

Besides, during their conversation, Alexander Kozyrenko and Arthur Dashyan discussed the transfer of the criminal case with the verdict of guilty for legal review. "However, the final decision on the secondary appeal, accepted from Arthur Dashyan, has not been made yet," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by the staff member of the on-site office of the Presidential Administration in Bocharov Ruchei in Sochi.
