Rostov-on-Don: 3 persons injured at action in support of "Pussy Riot"

In Rostov-on-Don, three participants of the action in support of "Pussy Riot" were injured in an attack of aggressive young people. This was reported by Vladislav Ryazantsev, one of the organizers of the action.

At the square in front of the City Don Public Library, several hundred persons attended the rally in support of the punk band "Pussy Riot", most of them were the participants of the action, while others were those people, who tried to disperse them.

According to Vladislav Ryazantsev, almost immediately after the beginning of the action, the participants was approached by a group of young people, who started to pull out posters and tried to provoke their opponents to start a fight, the "Interfax" reports.

Today, the Khamovniki Court of Moscow sentenced to two years of imprisonment each of the three members of the punk band "Pussy Riot", found guilty of disorderly conduct motivated by religious hatred and enmity in the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
