In Vladikavkaz, markets and kindergartens evacuated because of terror act threat

Over the last five days, in Vladikavkaz, all markets and kindergartens were closed for the third time because of the threat of terror act, and the population was evacuated. This was reported by Alla Akhpolova, Spokesperson of the Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

"A police officer on mission, who is in the territory of the Republic of Ingushetia, has repeatedly received an SMS-message that a terror act would be committed at a market or kindergarten, and therefore, people of the markets and kindergartens were evacuated. Cynologists work with dogs at place," Alla Akhpolova has clarified.

According to her, they received from the secret services information about two residents of Ingushetia, who were allegedly preparing a terror act, and they were put on the wanted list, the "Interfax-Yug" reports.

The website of the Republic' MIA has published photos and information about the suspects.

According to the MIA, the number of suspects, who plan to conduct terror acts using vehicles in the territory of North Ossetia, includes Mikail Ozdoev, born in 1988, who was earlier convicted for illegal arms trafficking and is currently put on the federal wanted list under Part 2 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ­"banditry", and Timur Ortskhanov, born in 1988, who has no criminal records.
