Relatives of Sulim Yamadaev find verdict to his attempters fair

The relatives of Sulim Yamadaev, ex-commander of the special battalion "Vostok" (East) of the GRU (Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian General Staff), who became - one year ago in the United Arab Emirates - a victim of an attempt, welcomed the verdict passed in Dubai to Ramzan Kadyrov's groom Makhdi Lorniya, a native of Iran, and businessman from Tajikistan Maksudzhon Ismatov, who were convicted today to 25 years of imprisonment each.

Earlier it was reported that one year after the attempt on Hero of Russia Sulim Yamadaev, committed in the UAE, the court in Dubai sentenced two figurants in the case - natives of Iran and Tajikistan - to life imprisonment. In the UAE it means 25 years in prison.

"The decision of the Dubai court on the participants of the attempt on Sulim Yamadaev should be just welcomed. The criminals have been duly punished," one of Yamadaevs' close relatives said in this context. "I'd like to hope that the same will be done not only with the organizers and executors of the attempt on Sulim, but also with everybody involved in the murder in Moscow of Khalid (Ruslan Yamadaev) and organizers of last year's attempt on Isa Yamadaev.

In the opinion of the source, "if two advisers of President Ramzan Kadyrov - Adam Delimkhanov and Shaa Turlaev - were organizers of three attempts on Yamadaevs," they should be detained and put into the hands of justice, and "then everything will click into place."

The source has reiterated that Sulim Yamadaev is alive, although in a grave condition.
