Defence advocates in Ruslan Yamadaev's murder case state a witness disappearance
Advocates of Elimpasha Khatsuev, accused of participating in the murder of Ruslan Yamadaev, have announced disappearance in Chechnya of his younger brother suspected Ilyas.
According to the advocates, Ilyas, 29, in August went to have a bathe in the river during a lunch break at the construction site in the Chechen Serzhen-Yurt, where he worked. He was kidnapped by persons in masks who arrived in a "Lada-Priora" car. The defence believes that Ilyas Khatsuev could testify in favour of his brother, the "Kommersant" newspaper writes.
The paper adds that earlier it was reported about disappearance of the person, in whose apartment another defendant in the case - Aslambek Dadaev - lived. He was Arbi Shakhmurziev, 39, a businessman from Chechnya. He disappeared in the Odintsovo District, Moscow Region, under unclear circumstances.
