Charge of murdering Ruslan Yamadaev presented to Aslambek Dadaev
The Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office (ICPO) of the Russian Federation has presented a charge of murdering Hero of Russia, ex-deputy of the State Duma Ruslan Yamadaev to Aslambek Dadaev. According to the investigation, Dadaev was the direct gunman.
Dadaev is already in custody for an attempt on banker Alexander Antonov. According to the ICPO, his guilt is confirmed by evidences, including those of General Sergey Kizyun, as the IA "Rosbalt" reports.
Another witness in criminal case on attack on Ruslan Yamadaev disappeared under strange circumstances. He was a resident of Chechnya, who had provided housing to Dadaev shortly before Yamadaev's murder, and often communicated with the crime executors, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.
Suspects of murdering Ruslan Yamadaev were detained in April 2009. They were three Chechens: Alim-Pasha Khatsuev, Timur Isaev and Aslambek Dadaev. All of them were acquaintances of the deputy of the State Duma Adam Delimkhanov, who is considered by Yamadaevs' relatives to be the organizer of the murder of Ruslan Yamadaev and attempts on his brother Sulim.
