• Payment issue for treatment of Azerbaijani rights defender Ogtai Gyulyalyev in Turkey resolved

  The Geidar Aliev Fund has extended the funding of the treatment of the human rights defender, Ogtai Gyulyalyev, in an Istanbul clinic. If the Fund stops allocating money, the treatment will continue at the expense of international human rights organizations, the Azerbaijani Committee against Torture has stated. Mr Gyulyalyev is still in coma.
