Rights action for young men conducted in Novocherkassk
Actions during which experts in the field of human rights advise residents of the town are carried out in Novocherkassk with the assistance of the Don Women's Association and the International Society Memorial. In particular, workshops were conducted on May 22, lawyers regularly give advice in the Association's central office, and a public center works.
The "Combine Your Rights with Life" action was held in the Aleksandrovsky garden on May 22. Agitation groups had visited town educational institutions and told young men about their rights for the whole week. Over 500 people took part in the action, which was an achievement for the small town. During the action, young men took a legal quiz and participated in the "I Know about My Rights and Responsibility" competition.
