Members of "Voice of Beslan" are not admitted to the courtroom

The Pravoberezhny Court of North Ossetia is still holding session on charges against Ella Kesaeva, leader of the Public Organization "Voice of Beslan", of an administrative offence, but the members of the organization are not admitted into the courtroom.

The hearing on the case has started today at 3:30 p.m.

On March 27, the Court postponed its session, since Ella Kesaeva challenged the court, however her petition was rejected.

Today, the Pravoberezhny Court should have held another hearing on the same offence, but in relation to other members of the organization - Bzarova and Margieva. But they asked the court to transfer the hearing to March 31.

Emilia Bzarova has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that together with Ms Margieva she is in the court foyer, but they are not admitted into the courtroom. She has added that over thirty victims are currently in the courtroom.

"Even Kulaev's trial was not so long," she said.

Besides, on March 31, at 3:00 p.m. the same court is planning to consider the criminal case against Ella Kesaeva on accusations under 4 Articles of the Criminal Code: Articles 115, part 1, 116, part 1, 129, part 1, and 130, part 1. The accuser in this case is Marina Melikova, new chair of the "Voice of Beslan".
