Prosecutor's Office of Georgia not to arrest the license of the "Imedi" TV Company

According to Nikoloz Gvaramiya, former Deputy Public Prosecutor of Georgia, the broadcasting license of the "Imedi" TV Company will not be arrested; the arrest will be imposed only on the property of Badri Patarkatsishvili. Mr Gvaramiya told about it yesterday, on January 25.

"According to our information, 100 percent of the 'Imedi' stock belongs to the 'I-Media' Company, while the Newscorp has no share at all. The 'I-Media' belongs completely to Patarkatsishvili. Despite it, the 'Imedi' license will not be arrested; the arrest will be imposed on all other property of Patarkatsishvili," the IA "News-Georgia" quotes Mr Gvaramiya.

Also, according to Gvaramiya, arrest will be imposed on the property that actually belongs to Patarkatsishvili but registered on other persons.
